The customer’s new product with a compact design, a small footprint, and can be used in any environment. It needs a liquid-cooled circulating pump that is small in size, high safety performance, and can work at the maximum liquid temperature of 85°C and the maximum ambient temperature of 70°C.

In response to customer’s high demand, TOPSFLO engineers recommended EV charging pump TA60 for testing.

1. TOPSFLO TA60 liquid cooling pump can be started at extremely low temperatures -45°C and can withstand high temperature of 100°C

2. TOPSFLO adopts high-efficiency brushless DC motor, Japanese brand PPS shell, imported chips, and high-precision silent rotor. Its lifespan exceeds 20,000 hours, which is much longer than other ordinary water pumps on the market

3. TOPSFLO adopts internationally renowned brand electronic components and uniquely designed PCB boards, professional high-temperature electronic solution design results in lower temperature rise and higher reliability

4. TOPSFLO TA60 water pump supports 5V/PWM speed regulation and FG speed signal feedback, can be matched with different power charging piles, can realize automatic intelligent detection function, support failure alarm, real-time data feedback, etc.

In the nearly 3 years of rigorous testing, TOPSFLO sales engineers and R&D engineers actively work with the customer to conduct -45° low temperature test, 125° high temperature resistance test, 24h*100 days continuous operation test, acceleration, aging and other tests on the water pumps. After three years of various reliability tests and limit tests, TOPSFLO water pumps have become the only pump that have passed the test.
