1. Structural sealing design: Leakage is always a common technical problem in the pump industry. For better sealing, TOPSFLO designed a multi-chamfered water inlet and outlet connection method for customers. With the support of high-precision molds, the water inlet and outlet have a high surface finish and are more tightly sealed with the liquid cooling pipe;

2. Verification of low temperature resistance -40°C: Customer’s equipment is mainly exported to Europe and the United States, and is generally installed outdoors. There are many extremely cold weather, the water pump must meet the automotive grade low temperature resistance -40°C. TOPSFLO adopts internationally renowned brand raw material, and its temperature resistance and reliability have reached the industry’s cutting-edge level. Before mass production, water pumps undergo multiple verifications such as low-temperature operation at -40°C, storage at -40°C, low-temperature start at -40°C, high and low temperature shock at -40°C & 120°C, the water pumps still not leak even under extreme environments;

3. Intelligent design: according to the battery temperature requirements, real-time signal feedback and intelligent speed regulation can maintain the stable operation of the system, prolong the life and save energy.

1. Electronic control: from PCBA layout design, selection of each electronic component and supplier qualification, to SMT process, welding fixtures, void rate, flux, workshop cleanliness and ESD anti-static control, all are reviewed and carefully optimized by the customer’s SQE team;

2. Quality control: German TÜV IATF16949 quality system audit and implementation are strictly implemented, and the customer conduct on-site audits every year. From raw material procurement to each production process, each testing link and the traceability control of testing data, down to a small batch of 500 units, specific time, operators, etc.;

3.
